Nothing to do about this huge network outage. The only thing up and running is BlueSky, so I’m posting and going to bed to read a paperback book, as if the clock had just turned back 50 years and “Our long national nightmare is over” was once again the good news.

The Liberal govt interfered on the side of management by making the announcement about Canada Post when they did. The union was in negotiations and was getting ready to finally be allowed to present a counter contract offer. The announcement scuttled that. This is anti-labour bs.

Stephen Miller is right to fear “elderly white hippies.” We’ve kicked out two Presidents (remember Nixon and Johnson?) so far and we’re not done. Boomers may be a generational disappointment overall, but we know how to do this one thing and we’re on it, folks.
