This week was hard. Life is not fair & “justice” is a weapon wielded by the powerful. In times of darkness, we can shift from the chaos of the natural world by relaxing into our breath and looking through the eyes of the witness to experience that which is unchanging & all-knowing.

The bars & stars on these uniforms were earned w/ courage, sacrifice & extraordinary service to our nation. They have been fired from top jobs in the purge underway at the Pentagon. 115 years of experience cast aside. These patriots made us Great. Without them, we are less Great, & less safe.
