The clarification states that there have been incidents. A2 is not like A1 that shares space with the NARA museum. Perhaps persons have wanted to gain entrance to A2 but have no research to conduct?

NARA issued a statement this morning clarifying everything: your parking is being restricted. Not your access to the building or the records. You won’t be able to park in front anymore-that lot is now for staff only. Researcher parking is moving to a lot behind A2: please forward this announcement
