I considered knitting two at a time on cables but I wasn't sure how to do that. Do you have to alter the pattern to add in an extra stitch for seam? I could easily look this up but w/e

I know I can throw in a lifeline and fix where I have a 3in (8cm) stretch with no increases, but that won't really fix how I've just not increased enough throughout the sleeve in general.

I'm worried the next sleeve won't match because I didn't follow any system or method on the first.

2. I'm supposed to have FAR more stitches on my needles at this point (an inch from the end of this sleeve) and yet I realize I was increasing with my heart instead of math lol.
