I’ve almost angry replied to people asking them to diagram what or someone else wrote to explain how they read it and all. Tho this is a pretty accurate example too.

Even in the quotes of that post there’s a couple of teaches defending that method because conservatives use phonetics based teaching so they assume phonetics is bad.

It’s more like a lot of people online think the point of getting elected to office is just doing that. Which is very worrying since Congress is barely passing bills or anything.

I’m grateful that I had a primary school teacher who did pronunciation drills daily for class. Even then he was like the only one in the school doing it that way.
