As a small business we can’t even negotiate rates for our employees because we don’t have enough of them. A *mediocre* plan for a single employee with no children is over $1000/month on the open market. Their thinking is incredibly wild.

Oh I hate that TMS is part of this - it’s actually a real deal last ditch resort for treatment resistant depression along with ECT.

Learning disabilities aside - as someone who does photo retouching - I tell younger folks I’m training I would rather they slow down, do it well, master the skill, than rush through the work and do it sub-par! Some people process things slower, that’s OK!
