We’re not on the subway today, tho Wendy is also reading @amandalitman.bsky.social’s “When We’re In Charge” - so validating! As my biz’s leader for 14 yrs (elder millennial 🙋🏻♀️😭), I’ve chose to lead differently (see ex: dog friendly workplace). Taking a big career leap soon, this book is a great tool!
