My Ugandan friend has been refused a visa to visit the UK. She is an HIV/ AIDs counsellor who works for The Aids Support Organisation
She has no right of appeal
When I visit Uganda I will sail through the visa process. My friend is still excited about my visit. Would I have felt so forgiving?
