So excited to see this idea come to life!
Went on Godot Discord server to ask a question and someone coded a whole freaking addon :P This community is awesome!
Thanks Doshava!

It's still one of my favorite animations I've done to date.
I spent time on this, instead of writing my architecture master thesis ahah. The joy I got from animating Pili helped me take that big step of deciding to do pixel art professionally!
Been a great journey so far (:

Decided to use a single-script method, after reading this post.
Followed the lesson linked bellow, and WOW!
This is so much cleaner and simpler for my brain to understand! It's working great!✨

The style is definitely born from my own skill limitations.
I mean, look at this amazing UV map :P
But it's a learning experience! I'm definitely aiming at someday being able to texture/model something as beautiful as Lord Alastair. I think that's one of my favorites eheh.

UV unwrapping is quite the challenge, especially with pixelart!
I did this in a pretty hacky and messy way... but at least it got the job done!

Modeling hair has always been quite a challenge for me. I'm pretty happy with how this turned out!
There's some weird stuff going on with the arm's rig... gotta take a look at that next!

Right now, I'm working on redesigning and adjusting the main character's 3D model.
Hoping I manage to model something as compelling as the the paint-over I made in #Krita (on the left)!
