The world can be a horrible place at times.

Here's a few moments of Manatees at Sea World in Orlando, FL having lunch. 🫡

As Ford raises prices due to tariffs, how does the "no 30 dolls for Christmas, just get 2" extrapolate out to the automotive tariffs? That's like 93% less..

So should I settle for just buying a tire now instead of an entire vehicle?

In other words, the Attorneys didn't want to spend their days "chasing ghosts"
Breaking news: New civil rights division chief said more than 100 attorneys have left their jobs, in many cases because they disagreed with the office’s new focus on combating anti-Christian bias, transgender athletes in women’s sports, and “woke ideology.”
Civil rights lawyers leave en masse as Justice Dept. mission shifts
Civil rights director Harmeet K. Dhillon redirected her staff to focus on combating antisemitism, anti-Christian bias and what she calls “woke ideology.”

Trump's tariffs are all about forcing recession hoping the Fed will drop interest rates so they can refinance the national debt.

In Trump's term, the US needs to refinance $28 Trillion dollars. The current average rate on the debt is 3.347%. The Fed's rate at the moment tops at 4.5%.

I requested a Lyft today and they asked me if I wanted to pay $17 for the car to be clean. 😐
Today I paid $15 for a Whopper with cheese, large drink, large fries. What the fuck?
Everyone has specific things that trigger their “It’s so expensive now” response.

One of mine is a snickers bar. It used to be 50 cents at 7-Eleven. It was $2.50 in cashier line today. Woof.

I heard the American Honeybee Org reached out to the Dept. of Agriculture seeking emergency help and funding for the sudden collapse of America's bee population.

I imagine the response was something like, "Fuck dem beez" or "we will pray for the beezes"

It's ok gamers, you may not get your shiny new Switch 2 this Christmas but don't worry, you'll be too busy being primary caregiver for Mom and Dad and/or Grandma and Grandpa who lost their healthcare and their nursing home due to Medicaid cuts.

Other than a few one year veteran blips, NY #Jets continue their decades long search for a Hall of Fame QB instead of just re-signing the "good" QB's they drafted. These players are good enough for these teams but not for a franchise that has the longest playoff drought in professional sports. 🤡
Sam Darnold - 3 years, $100.5 million. $33.5 million average, $52.5 million guaranteed

Geno Smith - 2 years, $75 million. $37.5 million average, $66.5 million guaranteed

Horrible 50yo's are hoping to accelerate the Bad and End Times, to reach the Rapture while they're still alive to see it.

Fortunately, Rapture was a myth to keep people from being Horrible.

Tragic news for former #Yankee center fielder Brett Gardner, losing his teenage son. Brett was a player who optimized a gritty, championship era of New York baseball. An era that is long gone.

Trump met with Big Oil executives last week and I saw no propaganda press releases. That meeting must not have gone well.

Oil companies know he destroyed their business in his first admin, they aren't falling for it again.

Today, revenge tariffs of 25% on Venezuelan Oil?

If you had fought and held on for the public option, we would have seen real change.
Figured I’d hop on here today for the 15th anniversary of the Affordable Care Act.

With everything going on right now, it’s easy to feel like regular folks can’t make a difference – but the ACA is a reminder that change is possible when we fight for progress.

Corporatist Democrats forced this man out of politics. Possibly the only man who could have won in 2016.
Sanders: You have a president who is suing ABC and CBS and the Des Moines register. He is threatening to investigate PBS and NPR. He loves media that fawns on him.. If you cannot take the criticism, get the hell out of politics
