Over the summer he oversaw the rewriting of CitySG's trans inclusion policy so it's a cruelly trans exclusionary instead (+ a gender crit free speech defence policy)

We reiterate the words of our recent Red Flag Alert: there is a transparent attempt to eradicate transgender and intersex people from British life. This is a clear example of the 9th Pattern of Genocide: Denial and/or Prevention of Identity. The EHRC has undergone an institutional takeover and has been captured by transphobic and interphobic people and agendas. As of the 5th of September the finalised EHRC guidance has been given to the Government, there is no guarantee the guidance will be given time for debate in parliament before going into effect. If this is the case, the EHRC will have succeeded in undemocratically stripping transgender and intersex people in the United Kingdom of fundamental human rights and dignity.

In her expert witness statement, Kathleen Stock laid out what she defines as “gender ideology” — the set of ideas gender critical people, including herself, are opposed to. Stock’s six-point list included: i) Easier access to Gender Recognition Certificates ii) Treating gender identity as a protected characteristic in law and policy iii) Recognition of gender identity in medical, educational, and judicial contexts iv) Banning conversion therapy for trans people v) Access to gender-affirming medical care, including for young people vi) Access to single-sex spaces (like changing rooms, prisons, sports) based on gender identity In doing so, Stock moved beyond merely stating a belief about sex. She defined a belief system whose goal is the opposition of transgender people’s legal, medical, and social participation.

Caster Semenya won the fundamental complaint - that she was not given a fair hearing. Her case required a "particularly rigorous examination" that was not carried out

She lost the other HR complaints on the technicality she's not a Swiss citizen

So it goes back to the Swiss Fed Supreme Court
It then found that the review of the applicant’s case by the Federal Supreme Court had not satisfied the requirement of particular rigour. Specifically, it noted that the CAS had expressed serious concerns about the potential difficulty faced by the athletesin question to maintain their level of testosterone below the maximum level permitted by the contested regulations. However, although this issue was at the heart of the applicant’s detailed argument and also decisive for the outcome of the dispute brought by her, the Federal Supreme Court had conducted only a limited review of the CAS’s decision. The CAS had left open other questions, about which it had nevertheless expressed concerns; the Federal Supreme Court had not, however, sufficiently acted on the doubts expressed. One of those questions related to the decision, which the applicant complained was arbitrary, to include the 1,500 m and 1 mile events in the list of events covered by the contested regulations. The other related to the fact that the DSD Regulations could result in the status of female athletes with a difference of sex development being made public. In still other respects, the review carried out by the Federal Supreme Court had not reached the required level of rigour. The Court noted in particular that the Federal Supreme Court had rejected, without thorough examination, the applicant’s argument comparing the situation in her case with that in a previous case, in which it had found a CAS award to be incompatible with public policy. In consequence, the Court concluded that the applicant had not benefited from the safeguards provided for in Article 6 § 1 of the Convention.
