Strikes should be organized. Saying “boycott Amazon or Target” with no end goal or game plan in sight is premature. What about those who work for those companies who can and will be affected if the strike is fruitful? Do they have a backup job? Can they survive?

this confirms something i have long suspected, which is that certain people are told that their professional and academic failures are because of “affirmative action” or “DEI” as a way to avoid difficult conversations about their mediocrity www.wsj.com/lifestyle/ca...
You Blamed DEI for Hurting Your Career. Now What?
For people who pin their failures on diversity, corporate America’s DEI retreat removes a barrier—or maybe an excuse.

There is something about these drones, thousands of people (including some public figures) speaking on it, and Elon Musk just smell very fishy to me. I know he’s involved.

It's a good day to be a New Jerseyan.

PRINCETON, N.J. (AP) — New Jersey Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy signed a law Monday to prohibit public and school libraries from banning books in the state and to enshrine protections against civil and criminal charges for librarians who comply with the law.

Tony Buzbee originally filed this suit in Oct as 1 of the 120 suits he announced in that presser w/ his 800 number on a banner.

He just RE-filed to add Jay's name.

Buzbee's known for tactics to get press around his cases. Press drives settlements.

He's also currently being sued for extortion.
Where’s @stillnaima.bsky.social ? I need her take on this Jay situation

Supposed to be at the Usher show on Thursday in Atlanta. Very much like to stay home though. Do not want to fly, do not want to leave my home. Wish he would’ve just kept the original August dates.
