It’s soooo cool how Bank of America can play the same 40 second clip of lo-fi Royalty Free Breezy Piano on repeat every time they put me on hold for 30min before dropping my call (waiting on hold for the 4th time now) when I try to tell them about how their ATM stole 2 grand from me✌🏼✌🏼

It’s cool to get to know people and their little habits, that they don’t like pickles, that they’re adventurous and try something new every time OR that they don’t deviate. I like that I know to ask if it’s a hard week when they do whiskey.

Tbh this is one of my fave parts of my job, I like getting to see people 1-12 times a month & just hear about all their life shit!!!
