Restarting hasn’t helped :(

My phone has 2 phantom text notifications(left is the app icon, right image is from inside a text thread) (yes I’ve scrolled to the bottom of the messages app many times)

It also just stopped sending me push notifications about texts (yes I’ve checked settings!!!)

Not to brag but finished an entire thing of spinach before it went bad. ADHD who??? Anemia left for dead!!!
