Yes! For women in any position of authority it sure is. I’m the first female dean at my urban high school EVER, so I’ve had some interesting situations with the adults in my building. The kids though are wonderful! Way less trauma with the women in their lives, so they open up fast. They feel safe.

I’m dean at a high school, and I actually said “dead ass” to another adult last week. Apologized immediately, and we laughed soooo hard. What you’re around rubs off onto you. 😂😂😂

My son started rowing at 13 and ended up being a D1 rower at Santa Clara, but he still laments how he would have been the best QB if I’d have let him play. His functioning brain in grad school at The Paris School of Economics thanks me though. 🙄

Um. SWA did not, in fact, have to delete the Tweet! They could have blocked and reported and left this amazing thing up. Sometimes we can’t have nice things because the good guys fold under pressure and allow the bull$;!@ people to control the narrative.
