Peter Steele, a very tall, well-built man of Scandinavian descent. He is pale, with long, dark hair to his waist, a strong brow and cheekbones, straight nose, and generous lips. Although you cannot see it in this particular picture, his eyes are blue (though he commonly wore green contacts in promo pictures). He is sitting on the roof of his car, legs spread and arms crossed casually, with a slightly oerturbed expression on his face, as if he doesn't really want to be there. Not pictured: his extremely deep voice with heavy Brooklyn accent. (lol)

I'm not a pear gal (I find them almost universally bland and grainy) but you made me curious, so I had to see what Russ Parsons had to say about them in "How to Pick a Peach." He praises Comices but both his cooked pear recipes in the book use Bartletts!

In mid-August to early September, better Bartletts from the cooler Lake and Mendocino counties begin to arrive. Starting in mid-September, you find other varieties of pears grown in the Pacific Northwest. These stay in the market into the following spring vut are best before Christmas. Another screenshot of "How to Pick a Peach" by Russ Parsons from a kindle: "Bartletts, the most common variety, have a buttery texture and a mild, sweet flavor. Anjous are firmer and spicier. Seckels are tiny, with a rich taste. Boscs have russet skin and a graceful, slender neck; their flavor is mildly spicy. The Comice is the wide-bottomed queen of the pear family, witha heavenly floral fragrance, a buttery, slightly granular texture and a flavor that is almost winey in its complexity. I am in the marriage zone, which is weird because a) I do not ever want to be married (again) and b) I get hit on a lot but rarely have even short-term relationships.
The grid for my hot/crazy scale test test results. I am 100% hot, 40% crazy, which places me in the green "marriage zone." The explanation of my "marriage zone" result: People in the Marriage Zone are attractive and only a little crazy. As such, they’re socially intelligent, responsible, and self-directed — but also very rare. While Unicorns are still the most sought after, people in the Marriage Zone also embody first-rate scores in physical hotness and lack of mental craziness, which is why they usually have their pick of mate. Another thing to keep in mind is that people in the Marriage Zone actually exist, whereas Unicorns are only rumored, mythical beings. Finally, close examination of the Hot/Crazy matrix reveals that it is possible for Marriage Zoners to be actually Hotter than Unicorns, though Marriage Zoners will always be slightly crazier, by definition.
