so building a new pc rn is kinda out of the question for most people bc you really need over 16gb to be comfy and even that's about $100 now

gpu prices've been flippant for years, with the affordable options being 8gb of vram and that's also starting to become obsolete, so that getting worse Sucks

for the uninitiated that gives a shit (if you play video games on pc you honestly should), ram prices across the board are starting to climb
ram itself is 200%, gpus havent felt it yet but with gddr5-7 memory starting to rise it's a matter of time

that game's combat so far kinda feels like what callisto was going for on a very broad level, but better - certainly more dynamic

neither hold a candle to dead space though so there's that i guess

the combat is jank and kinda sucks but it's a visceral suck that i fuck with mega heavy

i'm very familiar with steam os and i don't do anything right now that a mutable os would make sense to have

just seems like the most reasonable choice for the majority of people who play video games on their computer right now

i have seen four movies of his and i like all of them, but i'm a weirdo and i can't think of many ways outside of that mindset to enjoy his work beyond "i genuinely think his stuff's intellectually interesting" which is definitely not me
