This basically explains US foreign policy and who calls the shots, the Military Industrial complex which Eisenhower had warned about. Doesn't matter whether the Dems or Reps are in charge.

The US loves a good war, as it rarely had to experience a war fought on it's soil except a Pearl Harbor,9/11.
