Blue sky actually has a feature that blocks passwords. When I type mine in it just shows **********. That is pretty cool.

Keyloggers and command history are great for learning what commands authorized users of a system typically use. Even as simple as .bash_history to see historical commands used can explain manual system use.

That should only be state held and not national. The roll up to electoral college would sort of anonomize that data.

We were actually planning on eating on my wife's mom's china on New Year's Eve and just forgot to get them out. We registered for good practical plates for our "china" at our wedding. Still use them daily.

They have understanding of it though. I was in meeting in 2012 where we took a hidden Mandarin speaker in. The discussion we didn't follow was if they were for US, or if they could get away with not paying Philips licenses. (LED backlight).
