Latest Gov alert on the immigration rule changes - fails to say in 'Impact on Employer' that they'd need to dismiss the worker or risk an equal pay claim. Dismissal will interrupt business & loss of staff that may have years of experience/knowledge of the co' & add recruitment/training cost
