Reform suggest giving British Citizenship after 7 years (current requirement is 6 years for most) but recent Labour/Tory backed consultation is to up the requirement to 11 years - why did Farage want to go lower? Makes no sense to me 🤷🏼♀️ www.telegraph.co.uk/politics/202...

Latest Gov alert on the immigration rule changes - fails to say in 'Impact on Employer' that they'd need to dismiss the worker or risk an equal pay claim. Dismissal will interrupt business & loss of staff that may have years of experience/knowledge of the co' & add recruitment/training cost
