Developers are buying up rental properties in droves. Why? Because of a provision in the Big Beautiful tax bill, they can take 100% depreciation THAT year….and don’t pay taxes again until they’ve used up all the benefits. They no longer have to slowly write it off over 27.5 or 39 years.

That says to me most Republicans never even bothered to watch the videos. And can’t objectively ever admit when they’re wrong. Not impressive.
