6mo so I had to be on hold for 2 hours just to get one company letter faxed to me (they don't email). I used a free fax service online to receive it

Interesting story. My first ever user was a kind lawyer who was making 0 profit for 2.5 years (his wife was the breadwinner).
He caught a few bugs for us too which must've been embarrassing for him. Early users are by nature peculiar, haha. I love em
