Fusion Suit Samus Aran is being chased by her old Chozo Power Suit, now colonized by the X parasite. Samus’ suit is red, green, and purple, while the SA-X has the traditional red-and-orange coloring of the Super Metroid Power Suit. Samus is sprinting toward a pillar. In the game mechanics of Metroid Fusion, climbing over and hiding behind a sufficiently large object like this obscured Samus from being spotted by the SA-X.
