Also, for ND students, a question is not an attack or a challenge. (Also worth training all students to ask questions supportively!) Rejection sensitivity exacerbates the already dominance-seeking questioning that frequently shows up in these spaces.

When editing - make the text unfamiliar. It's incredibly easy to skim over something you've read a thousand times, and miss an error you've missed a thousand times before because you know what you expect to see. Change the text to be in comic sans, and suddenly it's all visible (and hideous!) again.
