I've been off the socials for a while to get firmly into my (now not so) new job, working on my mental health, and simply avoid all the negativity lately. Just had surgery to stop my ovaries from fucking me over. So, after recovery, it's focusing on fitness and more fun!

Today, instead of just calling someone to do my job, I listened to a man talk about the grief he's going through due to losing his father for over 30 mins.
"We don't talk about our feelings! You've made me feel relaxed to do so. Thank you."
