🔻Rytsar wouldn't have been involved as he would either have refused returning to Garlemald, or returned just to finish off the ones that didn't freeze. (He is very hateful)

🔻Canonically I don't believe Rytsar has ever been to Doma, Old Sharlayan, Thavnair, nor Tural. Mostly because he never had a reason to, and he probably wouldn't even be allowed in Sharlayan. He'd never make it past the Worldly Affairs Official. Might say he's traveled to the others for work though.
