5 dashes of tiki bitters
2 drops of saline (20% salt to water by weight)

1 ½ oz St. George Terroir Gin
5 oz fresh apple cider
Whip cream, salt, and sugar to soft peaks.
Heat apple cider until steaming. Combine with gin in a mug. Stir in a spoonful of whipped cream. Enjoy!
