It's a minor detail, but the orbital mechanics for OSIRIS-APEX could actually work out for it to be redirected to do a flyby of YR4, but there's a lot of uncertainty about using a spacecraft and payload designed for rendezvous for a fast flyby. Fortunately we won't have to find out!
