Something annoying about Strive patches is they never list specific number changes, it's just "reduced startup" or "increased hitstop" and I feel like that kind of enables dooming by making it easy to immediately assume the worst version of a change.

Vikala finally got me to buy granblue, and I think this character was created to pander to specifically me. In terms of gameplay, she's an item throw/trap character, my two favorite archetypes. And in terms of personality, she's a funny rat girl with an anxiety disorder which like, girl, same.
