Any space engineers out there? Tell me if this scenario is feasible as a replacement for SLS/Orion.

Launch a crew capable Starship (without crew) to LEO. Refuel Starship at orbital depot. Launch a Crewed Dragon to LEO. Dock the Dragon to Starship and transfer crew to Starship, leave Dragon in LEO.

I’m very intrigued by Trump’s appointment of Jared Isaacman to be the next NASA Administrator.

I’ve always been impressed with Jared and I think he’ll bring some needed changes to NASA (like getting rid of SLS) and will push commercial space forward.
