Now that I know @smerconish.bsky.social is a Zionist spewing Islamophobia on @CNN I will never be watching his show again. You can tell he is totally capitulated to the Trump administration. How sad, I thought he was one of the ones that could be objective.

See how this works?
🚨BREAKING: Trump's IRS nominee Billy Long just had his personal debt paid off by donors whose firms have business before the tax agency he’d lead, according to documents reviewed by The Lever.

If confirmed, Long would be able to do favors for the donors. www.levernews.com/trump-irs-pi...
Trump IRS Pick Was Just Enriched By Tax Schemers
New documents show Billy Long’s $130,000 personal debt was suddenly paid off by donors at firms policed by the tax agency he’d lead.

Art Hogan on CNN just now with someone banging around in the background was ridiculous. Talk about unprofessional. If you know you’re gonna be live on TV, you tell the people around you to STFU. I sure hope CNN does not bring this clown back.

I have never seen anything like this in NYC. 5th Ave covered from 42nd St well to the 20s. Nobody prepared for this volume. Volunteers are holding the traffic on all the side streets. No police in sight. #handsoff

The establishment/crusty ass ole Democrats better step tf aside and not get in AOC and Bernie’s way. They are redefining and leading the party. 💪👏❤️
Tonight an unbelievable **34,000 people** gathered for our Denver rally to take on billionaires and win our country back.

This was the largest political gathering in Denver since Obama in 2008.

Also bigger than the 2024 DNC.

And the largest ever rally in Bernie’s career (and obviously, mine too).

Maybe it’s just confirmation bias, but really feels like there is one of these every day.

Remember: Almost all of us are the descendants of immigrants who fled persecution, or were brought to America under duress, or sought better lives for themselves and their descendants.

Politicians who stoke fear and hatred over immigration want you to forget this.

Do not.

The oil industry buys off Congress. No action on climate.

The NRA buys off Congress. No action on guns.

Insurance companies buy off Congress. No action on health care.

The list goes on and on.

Money in politics is the root of our dysfunction.

The federal civilian worker payroll totaled $271 billion in 2022.

The annual cost of permanently extending Trump's tax cuts that primarily benefited rich individuals? $400 billion.

Keep this in mind as Trump and DOGE lay off thousands of federal workers.

J.D. Vance just took a photo op off the rails in the Oval Office. He is not fit to be the VP. What a disgrace to this country.

Don't you think today would be a great day to ban members of Congress and their families from trading stocks?

I do.
Members of Congress again outperformed the stock market, report shows
"When Congress members consistently outperform benchmarks like the S&P 500, it raises serious questions about fairness."
