He’s not rooted in tragedy like Batman or Spider-Man - but the just as the death of Bruce’s parents taught him vengeance, and the death of Uncle Ben taught Peter Parker about responsibility, the death of Pa Kent teaches Clark about humility.

On the plus side, Mike Johnson just lost his excuse to keep the House closed. He will have to swear in the rep from AZ and they will force a vote on Epstein. So buckle up, Rs - you asked for this!

After the tremendous week Ds just had, they are in a much stronger position than ever. Most of US knows the shutdown is Rs fault. Ds were in a strong position to force Rs to pass the bill with subsidies to end the shutdown. But a few of them caved. Again. They are letting Rs steal health care away.
