I agree with you completely. Snyder has so much potential, but it needs density to get there. That said, of all possible outcomes for this building after the Walgreens closing, this is pretty solid and a step in the right direction.

Great news for that corner. Also, finally some movement at the gorgeous old bank that was most recently a Wendy's, but's been closed for a couple of years: Burger King installed new signs this week.

yes, they talk about her, Diane Hartley. In the Veritasium telling, there's no question that she found the flaw and raised the issue with the firm. But someone else, Lee DeCarolis, claims to be the student who talked on the phone to LeMessurier. Hartley never claimed she did.
