The reason I don't care about Mamdani visiting with Trump is that it sure looks like Trump agreed with his ideas far more than Mamdani agreed with Trump's. Those previous meetings where I was mad at democrats for meeting Trump it was the other way around. That kinda matters.

They lied about it. All of it. A thug cop shot an unarmed woman five times without justification, boasted about it to his colleagues, and then this administration tried cover it all up by arresting her and charging her with felonies.
Absolutely incredible; after shooting Marimar Martinez 5 times and arresting her on claims that she rammed them and pulled a gun, prosecutors have now moved to dismiss ALL criminal charges against her and her codefendant.
New: the govt has moved to dismiss its assault case against Marimar Martinez and Anthony Ian Santos Ruiz, two people accused of "box[ing] in" a Border Patrol vehicle in Chicago on Oct. 4.

I love that JD Vance's whole thing is to go on TV and try to talk to people like he's regular and I have to wonder, who thinks this is a guy who we should listen to? Every single group the guy could belong to would have him as the worst dork in it. Who likes this guy?

I just came here to say that Yoshinobu Yamamoto was brilliant. I got to see him in Tokyo earlier this year, and that was on purpose. I love this dude and tonight was special.
