Despite finishing in the top four 10 of 15 years, I’ve never won the championship in my fantasy league. Last night finished in an exact tie, and lost the tiebreaker. One yard away from ending the pain. I think I need to retire.

Sounds like they want the county rent control law even stricter…lower the cap, and sounds like maybe get rid of the 23 year new construction exemption? Unclear which exemptions they are talking about. Seems bad, even if you’re in favor of “reasonable” rent stabilization.
