Ask Good Ol’ @bobpastorella.com if he’s ever crossed Texas’ southern border to pick up a chiropractor license on the cheap.

Fair point. Part of the draw of social media for me is being social with others. I can talk to myself and not receive unsolicited replies without the internet. I just don’t like how prevalent arguments are, especially when people just try to praise or share art that brought them joy.

For what it is worth:
1) I limit engagement because almost any comment anyone makes on social media can turn into an argument. I don’t need dozens of people telling me a book I loved actually sucks when I try to post something positive.
2) I buy LOTS of books I first learn about on social media.

Me too! One of my favorite vampire novels ever. Also, a really good novel in general, regardless of genre/subgenre.

I think you're pretty all right whether you're selling, not selling, or contemplating just how much of your humanity full-time marketing might consume.

I feel like crypto-NFT bros are the inverse of Blaine. Blaine likes riddles. Clever, well-constructed, great riddles. Hates mindless silliness. Crypto-NFT bros spew mindless silliness and demand everyone respect them as the cleverest riddlers who ever riddled. Blaine knows a hawk from a handsaw.
