Trying to buy a house has been… fun. Between that and client work, I managed to write some poems. AND I’ve submitted a few so far! Even if they aren’t accepted, it’s exciting to get my work out there.

My book has been out in the world for five months! This poem is a selection from the book. As you may guess, it is about a typical day where I dissociate from everything around me. I’m floating through the world, not really attached to my body, and watching everything as if I’m watching TV.

It’s Mental Health Awareness Month! I’m keeping my poetry book marked down all month. Between The Dark and The Light is a collection of poems reflecting on living life with bipolar disorder, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. ⤵️
