UPDATE: Yep. I was right. Token award for higher band salaried staff, lower band and customer facing staff get a higher rate, and hourly staff kept in line with the Real Living Wage.

Why not put that in the email? Why all the secrecy and individual departmental briefings? 🤷‍♂️

This year I think they are scaling which is great, especially if our lowest paid are getting more of an uplift than us lofty-salaried-handsomly-paid-senior-twats.
