Very good piece by Chad here, wherein I agree with many of his points. I will highlight one point in the screenshot below. One way we can encourage those people with those [\Neeson voice] special set of skills [\Neeson] in communication to pursue their interests, is to give them tenure lines...[1/2]

I was reading on the Armenian genocide in Wikipedia and found this statement from its perpetrator to be quite telling for things happening now.
