it into your spreadsheet. From there you would be able to use filters to fine tune the data to homes most comparable to your home. For the appeal process, the 2026 Office Review Form only allows for you to provide 3 homes that prove your point so choose the best ones! 🧜♀️

Now, use any and all search features by all means. The ones I think would be most helpful would be land square feet and neighborhood. Give yourself a little bit of a range on sq feet and see how many homes get pulled and then narrow down from there. 🧜♀️

Once you have pulled your property up, you will want to make note of a few items (probably start a spreadsheet at this point lol): neighborhood, parcel use, the sq. ft. of the parcel, the current year assessment, year built, sq. ft. of the house, bedrooms, bathrooms, and 2025 assessment. 🧜♀️

First, you will need to look up your property on the website linked below. If you ever lose this link, just google Richmond City Property Assessor search and it is usually the 2nd link.

The consent agenda is full of continuances and SUPs. There is an ordinance on consent with 6 patrons regarding residency requirements. They are adding 31 positions that are required to live in the city. Avula’s admin has a 4 page response objecting to this ordinance. 🧜♀️
