Important note: Reading and listening are the core activity of real language learning. Doing worksheets, textbook readings, and grammar study are things that are completely inconsequential to effective and rapid language acquisition, immersion is the only real way.

5. Read something that you enjoy. Reading learning slop makes everything a chore that will eventually cause burn outs.

4. Time yourself. A semi-restrictive time limit pushes the mind to stop regression and its perfectionist attitude. The core philosophy behind language acquisition is 'quantity over quality'; constant rereading of sections hurts this rapid flow of information.

3. Read aloud. Reading aloud has many cognitive benefits, most importantly, in mental processing/breaking down sentences. The flow of language is core linguistic information that an author chose to make purposely to aid with understanding.

2. Review and reread large chunks of previously engaged texts. This is ideal for more fully drilling down words previously seen, and understanding possible stuck points. Similarly, don't get stuck. Being stuck is a choice.

You should be fine if your views are not associated with your full name and easily accessible.

Even if your full name was on bsky, this platform is way to niche for them to even check but still be careful. Of course you can try and self audit which is a great idea

It doesn't seem like jobs put in that much work to dig into your digital activities. For most companies, all they are looking for is that your identity isn't a possibly controversial figure on something like the top of google.
