Brittany Spears hit toxic is about supervet Noel Fitzpatrick (makes me like both more!)

I'd like to give that comment a like, but it seems bad taste for a serious point well made!

I made my Polish partner watch Threads, apparently TV viewing in martial law controlled Poland was more fun in the 80s than what the BBC was serving up!

My worry is that being listed is not very helpful! I'm pretty sure I would be listed as the person I care for is on the surgery LD register, but I have not been offered any services (not even a free flu jab!). Accurate counting becomes the target (probably useful for Palantir, but me so much!)

I'm an OT in a neighborhood team (in it's current iteration) and an unpaid carer, can't see why being on a register would be of benefit either as a clinician or a carer!

Two non-fiction recommendations; The Wager, an amazing story of shipwreck, mutiny and the all-round mad pointlessness of 18th century naval warfare, and Murderland, an environmental and societal consideration of America's mid century serial killer problem.
Fiction I'd also go with Ministry of Time!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I just tried and it still seems broken😭

I'm a child of the 70s and 80s too and do not recognise OPs anecdote as being anything like my childhood or my parents lives, maybe her parents were quietly drug running!

Not sure if you will get this message, but I have just finished Angel Makers and was moved enough to try to let you know what a brilliant piece of writing and fascinating story it was. Thank you

I'm a frontline NHS community worker, I got my jabs because I live reasonably near to one of the big hospitals, but no effort to provide any mobile clinics anywhere near where we work must have driven down rates in our trust this year!

Fantastic resource, thank you!
