It’s been there a while but hidden. I’ve found some interesting (if confusing) burials. A distinctive name helps. SoG did a good video, which is now probably out of date, but useful tips.

That’s nothing! I used to regularly go through Liverpool registers (pre microfilm even) and counted 70-80+ on random days! I still get a shock if I ever get a real rural register less than an inch thick, covering 50 years. (St Peter =2” for 9 months)
