2. When booting a MacBook with an external screen plugged in, it first shows the login screen on the laptop screen. So you start typing in your password. But then, it suddenly activates your external monitor, and won't let you type for like 3-5 seconds. Annoying and a waste of time.

That being said, I still think a lot of essentials should be made public, or banned from commercial exploitation, as we have done with tap water in the Netherlands. And it would be good to produce 75% of all food within 500 square km. That would incentivize innovation and reduce neoliberalism.

Good points. It depends on implementation I think, could be done in new ways… but they’d probably still be cash-related. I think a cash UBI would definitely be best. Least bureaucratic. But it would still be based on the (dynamic) costs of those basic needs… (1/2)

The smallest apartment I had (rented) was my favourite one. In Amsterdam. Only two rooms (living-sleeping-kitchen & toilet-shower). Windows on both sides.

Not sure I understand what you mean, but my view on a UBI is that it could be fully in kind, AKA free food, healthcare, housing and public transport. Incl. basic equipment, heating etc. So all basics are free and not market driven.

Lol this photo still making the rounds. I never expected the photo would go viral. A friend of mine asked if he could put it on Reddit (and 9GAG?) and it blew up very quickly!

Lol yup. But they’re still not clear. Vagueness is of course deliberate in business and politics.

4 These quantum patterns can also be formulas, algorithms. And in quantum computing they are trying to discover these algorithms. So far, only tiny bits of it have been discovered, hence quantum computers still hardly have any applications.

3 Transcending time and space does not mean that teleportation or time travel is possible. No, quantum teleportation isn’t normal teleportation. It rather means that there could be patterns that are universal, that are everywhere and anywhere (under certain conditions)…

2 This layer seems to have properties that transcend both time and space. Since we, humans, can only experience existence through time and space, things get illogical when we try to understand QM. Even our scientific instruments become (somewhat) counterintuitive in quantum science.
