If you can, stop using non-stick pans. PFAS is absolutely horrible stuff. So much is clear now. Better pans also last practically forever, as opposed to planned obsolescence.

Looking for #NoiseCancelling advice. 90% of the time I'm happy with the ANC of Airpods Pro G2. But, sometimes, when I need to work in for example a very noise café, I want to really strongly dampen all the voices and background music. Would #InEarMonitors be a good option? Other recommendations?
