Can’t substitute your judgment for the GJ’s. Sorry.

Go back and do it - oh wait, the statute has run.

I hate doing this to other lawyers but since this is so beyond what is right - she’s on her own.

She’s not a criminal practitioner, she hasn’t a clue these things matter. Specifically it’s the Const put into practical application. And bc it’s intentionally meant to embarrass the Def it’s illegal.
November 19, 2025 at 11:13 PM
Sounds about accurate. You can keep a GJ late in the day, but if that wasn’t possible it just goes to motive - rather than disappoint the boss who ordered it, just present an indictment that wasn’t voted on.
November 19, 2025 at 7:52 PM
I would suggest that it was not presented (as should have been done) bc they were up against a statute of limitations and Trump wanted Comey’s indictment & arrest so she just signed it (foreperson probably didn’t know better). Improper and illegal.
November 19, 2025 at 6:56 PM
100%
November 19, 2025 at 6:43 PM
And you’re right we could say that everyday and get nowhere and I only suggest it very sparingly bc I understand there are a million things you could. Ugh.

Jeez I hate here.
November 19, 2025 at 6:07 PM
Hadn’t seen that.

Double +*%#

WTF?

I can’t

Get rid of everyone!
November 19, 2025 at 6:04 PM
They wanted the headline of “Comey Indicted” that’s not acting as an officer of the court, a prosecutor charged with insuring fairness of the proceedings to all who come before the court. Disgusting.
November 19, 2025 at 5:41 PM
I wouldn’t give her the benefit of the doubt of being incompetent, she was under orders to get an indictment, she was up against a statute problem, she tried to pass off a defective indictment for a true bill in order to get the arrest for illegitimate/corrupt purposes.
November 19, 2025 at 5:39 PM
I’m not sure we can say anything other than a false indictment was passed off as a true bill and I wouldn’t assume anything - my understanding is the counts that were supposedly approved were only done so by one vote. I’m not sure what the GJ understood.

That’s a huge problem.
November 19, 2025 at 5:34 PM
We’re in disbarment territory Harry. You know what this means - not only was the indictment not authorized by a GJ they fraudulently misrepresented the actions of a GJ which is actually criminal. This is nightmare stuff. Pres ordered this & should be impeached & removed for this egregious disaster.
November 19, 2025 at 5:22 PM
Again, one more time for the people in the back, power emanates & originates from the people. A Def only faces an indictment by the people empowered by the Constitution authorize it, not bc the president authorizes it. If that’s the case this is not a Republic with no liberty or justice for anyone.
November 19, 2025 at 5:18 PM
*****This should read “no immunity”
November 19, 2025 at 5:13 PM
The pledge of allegiance - which many people pay mindless lip service to, states the following:

I, pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and TO THE REPUBLIC for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, WITH LIBERTY & JUSTICE FOR ALL.

God help us.
November 19, 2025 at 5:11 PM
These are the most egregious actions & strike at the very heart and definition of a free society.

This is a government just making it up bc the president has an axe to grind against an individual.

Abhorrent. Despicable.
November 19, 2025 at 5:07 PM
There should be immunity to anyone for this. Any court including the SCT and/or judge that condones this behavior or claims there is immunity should also be impeached & removed.
November 19, 2025 at 5:04 PM
This not only circumvents the grand jury process but fraudulently misrepresents the actions of a grand jury, an outrage does not even begin to describe this.

People should be fired and be arrested and defendant has one hell of a civil suit against the government.
November 19, 2025 at 5:02 PM
To say this is an oversight or a transgression betrays the gravity, the magnitude and scope of the wrongdoing here. So, let me get this straight we’re indicting people without GJ votes bc the president wants it ……
November 19, 2025 at 5:00 PM
Let me repeat: the defendant was only indicted bc the prosecutor improperly & illegally signed an indictment bc the president told her to do it.
