The thing is, I don’t know that the department of the interior can unilaterally change what it’s called.

The Gulf of Mexico is now officially known as the “Gulf of America,” at least according to the U.S. government. The Trump administration appears to have the authority to change the name, even though other countries do not have to go along with it. nyti.ms/3EbgOAS

A nice Saturday long run. A good tune up for The Garden of Life Palm Beach Half Marathon two weeks from tomorrow.
Today’s workout was 1.5 mile warmup, 5 miles at 1/2 marathon goal pace, 1.5 miles cool down.
Managed slightly better than goal pace.

Today training plan had 8x600’s at 5k pace. It felt better than expected. My legs have been a bit tired from the recent ramp up in miles. About 5 weeks remaining until my next 1/2 marathon.
