We had a Red Tailed Hawk resting real close, in the now bare trees out back. We were shocked when we finally saw it, hiding in plain sight.
I was only able to capture it flying to a nearby tree after realizing all of us ogling from the deck.
Look in the benches near the evergreen tree line.

I do love is how much of Silicon Valley has come for the transportation industry and have just eaten dirt.
Uber is a latest example. They all know how people use their phones but don’t think about an actual person at an actual dock doing the work to pick up 45,000 of burritos versus the one

Many of the highest valued goods move through the air, in the belly of the planes. It’s safer and faster to ship iphones this way.
One pallet, ~2000 iphones would be $1.6M value. Truckloads usually cap at 100k cargo coverage.
Theyre not hauling 40M dollar shipments in box trucks.
