Injuries helped me become a better runner. I learned from my setbacks, educated myself on what it takes, and rebuilt my body with purpose and intent: nutrition, stretching, strength and conditioning, and recovery. My body is now running at paces and distances I never thought possible.

Hey there #RunningSky - Does anyone else out there do aqua aerobics/jogging for cross-training? It’s so goofy. But I love it. It’s the ultimate zero-impact workout for your heart, core, and legs, benefiting both mobility and strength. It’s become a key part of my weekly training. #running

⬇️ This is how Russian active measures operate (build up a trusting base, then slowly feed them your preferred info)…no reason not to reverse-engineer it right back with the truth
It would be great if The Onion kept InforWars going like it normally did, only slowly replacing the misinformation with actual information. Imagine all of the brain cells that could be saved!
