There are some ways in command prompt to find what's waking it, but might want to check your advanced power options and see if wake timers are allowed first. Looks like this in Windows 10.
(Control Panel > Hardware/Sound > Power Options > Plan Settings > Advanced Power Settings)

Was hoping I'd have good news to wake up to, but seems that wasn't gonna happen. For a vote of person over policy to be lost to someone like him, it's disheartening.

and thus completes my road to 100%-ing Armored Core VI. Went from struggling on some chapter 3 and 4 missions to absolutely wiping the 2 final ending missions I hadn't replayed yet.

I definitely plan on playing both more PVE and PVP but I'm hoping for some DLC or additional game like previous gens.
